Treatment

Helen and Jonathan see people through the Medicare Better Access Program, Medicare Eating Disorder Plans, Victims of Crime, Transport Accident Commission (TAC), and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We also see people via a private fee which does not require a referral from a health practitioner, applicable once you have used the 10 Medicare sessions for the calendar year, or if you prefer to be seen outside of Medicare.

Our fee for treatment through Medicare is $240, with a rebate of $145, and our private fee is $200.

To be seen through Medicare, a mental health care plan and a referral letter from a GP, or a referral from a private psychiatrist, is required. This means that you are eligible to receive a rebate of $145 per session, for up to 10 sessions in a calendar year.
