Our Practice

Having begun our careers in 2004 and 2008, Dr. Helen Krstev and Dr. Jonathan Kettle are experienced clinical psychologists working in full-time private practice in Carlton. We provide psychotherapy to adults, adolescents and couples, as well as Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) assessments, and clinical supervision, both in person and via telehealth.

We work with a broad range of problems, with particular therapeutic expertise in depression and anxiety, trauma, abuse and post-traumatic stress, complex trauma, substance use, relationships, complex difficulties and risk, as well as with a range of sexual orientations and gender-related issues. We are an LGBTIQA+ friendly clinic, and we are experienced in working with people in relation to gender transition and as they undertake gender-affirming treatments. Helen also specialises in working with women’s health issues.

In addition to therapy, we also provide psychoanalysis to people seeking an analysis.
